新加坡水庫無動力舟艇活動管理條例

1.To note that all vessels should only operate in the reservoir that is indicated in the vessel permit. Should there be any movement of the vessels to other reservoir,PUB should be informed beforehand.

注意，所有舟艇只能在許可證指明的水庫內操作。如果舟艇移動到其他水庫應事先通知管理單位PUB。

2.To remain within the zone designated for the approved of activity.

舟艇應待在指定的許可活動區域內。

3.To ensure the vessels are properly secured when not in use in the reservoir.Vessels should be stored at their designated storage facility when not in use.

舟艇不使用時要確保安全，並安置在指定的停放處。

4.To cease the recreation activity as soon as threatening weather is apparent.

當天氣轉變為有威脅性時要立刻停止當下的遊憩活動。

5.To observe water activities safety rules such as donning of Personal Floating Device

遵守水上活動的安全規則，例如穿戴上個人漂浮裝置。

6.To keep clear of all other construction sites and any event held in the reservoir.

遠離水庫內所有工程以及重要活動。

7.To comply with the public Utilities(Reservoir and Catchment Area and Waterway) regulation.

遵守公用事業（水庫、集水區及水路）相關法規。

8.To note that all personnel shall not,except on the case of falling or capsize,immerse themselves in the reservoir. Wading is allowed only when necessary to embark or disembark from vessel. Swimming ,frolicking and washing in the reservoir are strictly prohibited.

注意，除了跌落或舟艇傾覆的情況外，所有人員均不得在水庫內故意沒入水中。僅在上下舟艇必要時才允許涉水。嚴禁在水庫中游泳，嬉戲和洗滌。

9.To note that all water activities tobe carried out within 7am to 7pm unless with prior consent by PUB.

注意，除得到管理單位PUB事先許可，所有水上活動均應在上午7點至晚上7點之間進行，

10.To indemnity PUB against any claim,loss or damage arising from any activity carried out by the applicant as a result of this permit.

申請人得到許可證後如因為進行活動所造成的索賠與損壞，必須承擔責任賠償管理當局PUB。
 

11.To register in the Sign-in/Sign-out record at the storage facility whenever the vessels are being uesd in the reservoir.

在水庫中進行舟艇活動時使用人需在停放處(艇庫)登記。

12.To take measures to clear water from the vessels to prevent any accumulation of stagnent water / mosquito breeding.

舟艇上不可有積水，以防孳生孑孓、蚊子。

13.Any accident involving the vessel named the permit must be repoted to the PUB.

登記有案的舟艇如果發生意外必須呈報管理當局PUB。

14.Applicant is strongly encouraged to purchase Public Liability Insurance for the proposed use of vessels in the reservoirs to protect their own interests.

強烈建議申請人購買公共責任保險，以保護在水庫進行舟艇活動時申請人自身的利益。

15.Application for renewal of this permit shall be made no less than 14days before expiry.

許可證的更新申請應至少在到期前14天提出。

16.PUB reserves the right to include other requirements and conditions at anytime and the applicant must comply with such additional requirements and conditions. PUB reserves the right to cancel this vessel permit anytime if the conditions are not met,without prior notification.

管理當局PUB保留隨時因應因其他需求與狀況變動而修改的權利，申請人必須遵守​​這些附加要求和條件。如果不符條件， PUB有權逕行取消舟艇許可證，恕不另行通知。
